  • Burning passion for creating smart, simple, elegant user interfaces
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
  • Experience collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process
  • A portfolio highlighting multiple projects that showcases experience crafting usable digital interfaces


  • Lead UX projects from the initial concept through execution and landing
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to explore and evaluate concepts, support implementation, and independently move projects forward
  • Create a results-oriented roadmap at the product level in partnership with Product Management and Engineering leads
  • Align the UX and cross-functional teams on a long-term project roadmap through workshops, sprints, customer meetings, etc
